Molly graduated from Capital University Law School’s Paralegal Program. Prior to attending Capital University, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Lourdes University (she graduated Cum Laude from both programs).
After graduation in 2018, Molly gained paralegal experience working closely with attorneys to handle civil litigation, real estate, Estate Planning & Probate Law. She also has a background in drafting court documents, settlement evaluation, and demands.
At Griffith Law Offices, Molly supports the firm’s real estate attorneys with in-depth research of client issues, document preparation, coordination, and facilitation of residential and commercial transactions and required court filings. Molly also assists the attorneys through the estate administration and estate planning process, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, for their clients.
As a Notary Public, Molly also conducts Real Estate closings for Columbus Title Agency.
