Founder/President & CEO
Charles Griffith is a graduate of Indiana University and Capital Law School. He has worked in the title industry since 1976 and has been a practicing attorney since 1978. Charles is a resident of Westerville, Ohio.

Lisa (Griffith) Mahlerwein
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa (Griffith) Mahlerwein is a graduate of Wright State University and earned her MS from Purdue University. She joined Columbus Title Agency of Westerville, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer.
Lisa’s expertise lies in the ability to unify teams and to provide tools to make the team more efficient and effective.

Chuck Woodson
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Chuck has been in banking & finance for over 25 years with 22 years of commercial and residential loan experience. Chuck is a board member of the Westerville Realty Association, Lewis Center Realty Association, Board Member of the Westerville Chamber of Commerce as well as the Delaware Country Chamber Government Affairs Committee.
Lynn Covan
Post Closing Processor
Lynn Covan has worked in real estate since 1977 with 10 years as a RE/MAX agent. In 2015 she joined Columbus Title in the processing department and is now our Post Closing Processor.
Lynn enjoys working and considers Columbus Title her second family.

Cathy Eckle has lived in Ohio all her life. She moved to Columbus from Martins Ferry, OH in 1987.
She has been working as a Title Processor since 1997. Cathy started with Columbus Title Agency of Westerville, Inc. in March 2012.
